Once or twice a week after cleansing & toning. Take the mask sheet out from the pack, spread it onto the face from forehead to chin. Gently press the mask sheet to eliminate the bubbles between the mask sheet and the skin. Wait for 20 minutes. Remove the mask sheet and massage lightly in an upward and outward direction on face until the essence is fully absorbed for a complete firming treatment or using the ultrasound machine for absorption.
